Below you'll find the major handouts and guidelines for the Dean's Book Course. All files open in rich text format, which will allow you to modify, print out, and save the files to your own computer.
While all Dean's Book Course instructors are expected to follow the general course curriculum including major assignments and activities, you are welcome to modify student handouts to suit your own teaching style and pedagogy.
These files are intended especially for instructors teaching summer-term, winter-term, and semester-long "G," "R," and "S" courses who wish to tailor handouts to their own text selection.
While the guidelines are meant only to assist you in your teaching and not to be handed out to students, they are included here in case you wish to convert them into handouts or work sheets.
